Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to work with the Director of Nursing to oversee the daily operations of our Hospice Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience, field staff management is a plus. Knowledge of hospice regulations, billing, and CHAP requirements preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate all clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Supervise and support clinic staff, including training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor clinic budget and expenses to optimize financial performance
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
- Proven experience in healthcare management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
