Description
A qualified candidate will have brainstormed and planned a wide variety of events and constantly be willing to try new directions for event concepts. Events are hosted throughout the year and coordinated with the marketing team.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Self-starter nature and habits
Positive attitude and leadership capabilities
Refined communication skills and the ability to reach out to groups or individuals
General on-site availability Wednesday through Friday plus potential weekends.
Off days and remote work are available based on time of year.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work assignments
High expectations for quality
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; will substitute for experience
Understanding of graphic design / content creation
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of event experience, including the organization, planning, and successful execution of events (beer business / hospitality background preferred)
Customer service background
Strong willingness to learn on the job and perform in stressful situations
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle coordinating multiple large events at one time
Experience working with vendors
