Concrete Laborer
Badger State Staffing is seeking experienced Concrete Laborers for a leading concrete company specializing in the construction of high-quality foundations for residential and commercial buildings. As a Concrete Laborer, you’ll be working alongside skilled finishers to ensure every foundation is strong, stable, and built to last. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in working with concrete and various tools and equipment.
Duties :
- Assist with site preparation for foundation pours, including leveling, trenching, and setting up footings
- Assemble, install, and maintain concrete forms for foundations, ensuring proper alignment and stability
- Assist with placing and securing rebar in accordance with project specifications
- Mix, pour, and level concrete using hand tools and equipment
- Operate vibrators to remove air pockets and ensure proper concrete compaction
- Assist with finishing concrete surfaces as needed
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
