Badger State Staffing is seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our client's growing team in Appleton. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and ensuring the efficient installation of concrete structures. This role also involves performing general mechanical and shop work as needed.
Primary Duties:
- Safely operate concrete pump and conveyor equipment to deliver concrete to job sites
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment
- Report any safety hazards or concerns
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals
Qualifications:
- Class B CDL or higher
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating concrete pump and conveyor equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Strong mechanical aptitude highly preferred
