Fabricat ion Technician
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for metalwork?
Badger State Staffing is seeking Fabrication Technicians to join our client’s growing team in the Fox Valley area. As a key player of their operations, you’ll utilize your skills to shape metal into functional and aesthetically pleasing components.
Primary Duties :
- Utilize various fabrication techniques, including MIG welding, cutting, and bending
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Operate hand / air tools including electric grinders and overhead cranes
- Grind, insulate, paint, and assemble materials that range in size
- Meet and maintain quality and performance expectations, including productivity, efficiency, and time management, all while maintaining a high-level attention to detail
- Maintain an orderly, clean, safe, and positive work environment
- Other duties may be assigned
Schedule : Monday through Friday from 5 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM. Occasional overtime may be mandated based on production.
