Our growing client in the Appleton area is seeking motivated individuals for full-time Distribution Associate positions on both first and second shift. These roles offer the opportunity to gain valuable experience while contributing to the team’s success. Primary Duties :
- Learn and apply all labeling requirements to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Operate a lift truck safely and efficiently to pick and stage orders
- Prioritize tasks to maximize team productivity, collaboration, and smooth workflow
- Process multiple orders simultaneously to increase turnaround times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Once proficient, train fellow team members and share your distribution experience
Schedule : Monday through Thursday from 1 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM. You must be able to work overtime as needed (including some Friday and Saturdays). You can work up to 12-hour shifts.
