Badger State Staffing is seeking a Production Worker for a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Appleton. This position involves working in a dusty, non-temperature-controlled environment and requires the ability to lift heavy materials and operate machinery.
Primary Duties:
- Transporting materials using a forklift within a confined space
- Load and unloading trucks and trailers
- Fill bags with powdered material to specified weights
- Operate bagging machine and other production equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing general housekeeping tasks
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a dusty, non-temperature-controlled environment supporting physically demanding production tasks
- Ability to work independently beside a two person team
- Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
