The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of invoice entry and reconciliation, assist with preparing check runs, and ensure the utmost accuracy in all tasks. This role requires someone who can work well with various personality types and collaborate with employees at all levels, from co-workers to owners. $17-$19/hour, with potential for higher pay for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- High volume invoice entry and reconciliation.
- Assist with preparing check runs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience and/or accounts payable experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work with a schedule of either Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Friday (hours are somewhat flexible, with the option of an earlier or later start.)
