Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally through phone, email, and digital platforms, offering prompt and effective solutions.
- Assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and addressing client-specific requirements.
- Process and manage sales orders efficiently, ensuring timely coordination with project schedules.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, equipment, and technologies to better serve customer needs.
- Support business development by proactively reaching out to both potential and existing clients.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management using ERP or SAP systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
