We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center. This position involves various tasks related to the loading and unloading of goods, order fulfillment, and inventory control. Pays $18-$22hr base on experience, hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm. Some Saturdays required.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
- Operate forklifts, other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Fulfill orders accurately by picking items from inventory according to specifications.
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to schedules.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and inventory control practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy in order picking and inventory management.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 75 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to warehouse operations.
