This role involves managing emails, processing orders, invoicing, assisting with proposals, and handling data entry in QuickBooks and Excel. Additional responsibilities include placing orders, scheduling, and helping organize company systems to improve workflow efficiency.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10-20 hours per week (depending on workload).
- Pay: $19-$24 per hour, based on experience.
- Work Arrangement: After training, most work can be done remotely, but availability is required when the owner needs assistance. Training will take place on-site in Cedarburg.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.
