We are looking for journeyman fire sprinkler installers to assist with the installation of fire sprinkler systems and related components for compliance with applicable life-safety and fire-safety requirements as mandated by standards and codes, manufacturers requirements, federal, state and local ordinances, customer requirements, and the expectations and requirements of the company. This is a fast paced and demanding opportunity with high visibility within the company.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Perform installation of all types of fire sprinkler systems at the required by the customer or General Contractor in accordance with the requirements and instructions contained in NFPA 13, 14, 20 and all state and local codes
- Must be comfortable with heights, working on ladders or lifts, or in confined spaces

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling, welding, and soldering various components for Fire Suppression systems, pipelines, and fire sprinkler fittings. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision tools and equipment. The Fitter will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and function effectively. Wisconsin Journeymen License Required or the ability to apply for license.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install fire sprinkler systems, pipelines, and fire sprinkler fittings according to specifications.
- Rig components as necessary to facilitate installation processes.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve installation techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in fitting or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
- A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work is crucial.
