Badlands Integrity Group seeks a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our clients remain compliant by collecting the documents required to be uploaded into the requested safety platforms (ISNetworld, PEC, Veriforce One, Avetta, Comply Works, Golden Shovel, Ariba, ECCS).
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will work closely with clients to gather and organize essential compliance documentation. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in helping our clients meet their regulatory compliance requirements and maintain a safe work environment. Knowledgeable of Safety programs and how they are utilized to meet the requirements of the safety platforms for each client.
Additionally, you will be tasked with managing a training matrix to track client employee training and certifications status. You will collaborate with the Training Manager and other team members to ensure clients receive the necessary training to perform their jobs safely and effectively.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Develop and maintain EHS Training Matrix
- Database Entry to Safety Platforms (ISNetworld, PEC, Veriforce One, Pics/Avetta, ECCS, Golden Shovel, Comply Works, Ariba)
- Communication with Clients thru Phone, Email and in person
- Work Close with Training Manager
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational health standards
- Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and laws
- Understanding requirements needed for each work site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
