Graphic Design

Badlands Off Road Park is seeking a dynamic and innovative Design and Creative Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this position, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and creating compelling content that engages our audience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create graphics: Develop eye-catching and effective graphics for a wide range of marketing, sales, and customer support materials, both internal and external. This includes digital and print assets such as social media posts, advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, and merchandise.
• Website upkeep: Maintain and update our website to ensure it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity. This includes creating new web pages, updating existing content, and optimizing images and graphics for web.
• Collaborate with the marketing team: Work closely with other members of the marketing team to support marketing campaigns that achieve our business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, software, and technologies to ensure our creative output is fresh, modern, and relevant, all while maintaining our brand within the designs.
• Take action photos and videos: Events and special moments are plentiful at Badlands. With the goal of staging and capturing the spirit and energy of the moment, photography and videography are an integral part of the role.

Qualifications:

• Proven design skills: A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create visually appealing and effective graphics.
• Proficiency in design software: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Web design experience: Experience in designing and maintaining websites, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Passion for the outdoors: A love of off-roading and the outdoors is a plus.
