Job Title: Bartenders - Day and Night Shifts (Flexible Schedule)
Location: Badlands Sacramento - Midtown Sacramento
Pay: 16.50 per hour
Badlands Sacramento, a popular LGBTQ plus nightclub in Midtown, is seeking experienced and energetic bartenders to join our fast-paced, high-volume team. If you are quick, efficient, and dedicated to delivering top-tier guest experiences, this is your opportunity to shine.
Key responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks quickly and accurately in a high-volume setting, providing friendly, professional, and prompt customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and adhering to all company policies. This includes proper use of the POS system, accurately ringing all orders, and following loss prevention protocols.
This area is under video surveillance to ensure compliance with company policies. Staff must follow all procedures, including no unauthorized discounts or free drinks.
Candidates must be 21 or older with at least one year of bar or nightclub experience. High-volume experience is preferred. Applicants must hold a current Safe Serve or Alcohol Awareness card. We are looking for trustworthy, responsible, and punctual individuals with strong communication and customer service skills.
