Job Description BAE Systems is seeking an Availability, Capacity, and Performance Manager to join our team located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia supporting Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) efforts to implement the architecture, required services, and facilitate adoption of Army Cloud (cARMY) services. The program provides Information Technology services and technical subject matter expertise (SME) to support overall strategy and migration to cARMY environment that currently includes Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure clouds at IL 2, 4, 5 and 6.
Develops the core technical platform, capabilities, and services that support business processes and data including : Mapping the relationships between IT platform / infrastructure components (i.e., Technology End Users, IT Systems Software & Hardware, and Info-Communications Transmission Networks). Identifying the key technology interactions and dependencies across systems / platforms impacting the organization's ability to achieve integration, compatibility, and performance targets. Evaluating total cost of ownership and return on investment of various IT platform / infrastructure alternatives. Optimize Core services will be across cARMY availability zones and / or regions where available and required as prioritized by the Government. Optimize the use of capacity and computing power in a manner that controls and reduces costs. Generate comparison data for monthly performance reports Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of working experience, may substitute experience for education such as High School graduate with 10 years of experience; candidates with Armed Forces courses, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- DoDM 8140.03 (former DoD 8570.01-M) Intermediate qualification (e.g. Security CA) within 6 months of starting position.
- Must be located within 75 miles of ECMA at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range : $112420 - $191070

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
