BAE Systems is seeking a Compliance Specialist to grow within the Government Compliance team in the Finance organization.
In this job, you will :
- Guide and interface with all levels of personnel
- Be the primary point of contact for the labor transfer process
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor and respond to employee inquiries regarding company policy / procedures
- Assist in running data and RStudio scripts for the Labor Compliance program
- Assist in maintaining and identifying changes to the website, procedures, company forms, and training,
ensuring consistency

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range : $55295 - $94001
Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
