Electronic Attack Senior Systems Engineer

This position will involve developing new EA capabilities for application in EW systems and performing systems engineering functions such as developing and managing systems level requirements, developing operational systems concepts, or performing systems level integration and test for highly complex systems, and preparing and / or delivering basic customer and technical presentations.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and / or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.

This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

Some experience with offensive (stand-off / escort) and / or defensive (self-protection) EA systems.

Basic EW system design knowledge as it relates to the detection and countering of radar and missile system engagements.

Understands EA / ESM systems architectures

Experience with systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis / decomposition / derivation / allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test).

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - M.S. in either Systems, Software, or Electrical Engineering.

• Active United States Top Secret security clearance
• Additional skills within the Electronic Attack (EA) / Electronic Warfare Support (ES) divisions of Electronic Warfare (EW) to include :
• Understanding radar signal processing techniques.
• Understands radar operation and employment.
• Understands digital signal processing concepts including FFT and DRFM.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $103752 - $176378

Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
