Must have a systems maintenance technician certification (SMT) card.
Working knowledge of reading blueprints and technical repair standards.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency level with Microsoft word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, database, email, and calendar software.
Ability to gather information from a variety of sources.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively with other personnel both inside and outside of the organization.

MK 41 Vertical Launching Systems ISEA / FSR Course, certificate of completion.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Two years vocational or mechanical training working with basic electrical / mechanical / hydraulic instrumentation tools and hardware plus two years of related work experience. May consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certification in electrical or mechanical systems will put candidate at the top of the list.
Extensive experience on U.S. Navy weapons systems MK-41.
Relevant ordnance coursework or training.
Relevant work experience in the defense industry.
Full-Time Salary Range : $65800 - $105300
