We are seeking a Linux System Administrator to manage essential infrastructure services, ensuring high availability and performance of data center services, physical and virtual server-class systems and storage. In this role you are expected to lead medium-to-large scale projects, design and implement system policies, conduct advance troubleshooting, and are pivotal in the direct recovery efforts during critical system failures. You will also mentor Tier I / II staff members. Professionals in this role are expected to have the ability to work alone and as part of larger team to complete projects on time.
- Lead security vulnerability assessments and mitigation efforts on Linux systems and other devices, leveraging advanced features of Tenable Nessus.
- Experience with Linux provisioning server tools such as Kickstart and Cobbler to facilitate the automation of network-based system installations of multiple computer operating systems.
- Develop, refine and implement sophisticated security mitigation strategies, contributing to the enterprise’s cyber framework.
- Enterprise-level management of Hyper-converged Infrastructure, vendor hardware and software across multiple data centers.
- Use Atlassian’s team collaboration software suite like Jira and Confluence to help organize teams, discuss and complete shared work.
- Use ServiceNow or other enterprise digital workflow tools.

Full-Time Salary Range : $130355 - $221603
Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
