We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary : Up to £64,000 depending on skills and experienceWhat you’ll be doing : Support the review of firewall rule requests acting as a Security approverProvide reviews of Security feature configurations on the firewallsMaintenance of the Atlassian Stack including Jira, Confluence and BitbucketManage user permissions, workflows, and integrations for Atlassian toolsResolve Atlassian application performance issues and related problemsPostgreSQL Database maintenance and troubleshootingHandle ticket queues to ensure timely resolution for end-user issuesCreate and maintain Confluence spaces, Jira projects, workflows, and Bitbucket repositoriesProvide knowledge transfer to colleagues and stakeholders on Atlassian Stack toolsAnalyse, test and document deployment strategy of the Atlassian StackCreate documentation, standard operating procedures and granular process checklistsManaging and mentoring team members while providing an escalation point where requiredWork with Cyber Security Engineering team to integrate new capabilities, plan life cycle replacements, and provide input into the security architecture roadmapsYour skills and experiences : Proven experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Atlassian Stack tools including Jira, Confluence and BitBucketExperience in PostgreSQL maintenance and troubleshootingGood experience with Linux (mainly RHEL) Operating SystemsDetailed understanding of Network troubleshootingExperience of Firewall architectures (Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco)Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) toolsClosing Date : 3rd March 2025We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
