Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to support our Capital Projects team at BAE Systems USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Project management for all disciplines of contracted construction projects;
- Overseeing subcontractors and contractors, reviewing work and specifying requirements;
- Project management of Architectural and Engineering firms;
- Supporting Safety and Environmental objectives;
- Financial responsibilities, including budgeting and cost management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline;
- Four years of related facilities project experience;
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Defense manufacturing environment experience;
- Experience with AutoCAD and Oracle software;
- Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
Compensation
Full-time salary range: $83,900 - $142,600.
