About This Job
Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for a Mid-Level Systems Administrator supporting the Siemens Teamcenter PLM product. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Teamcenter PLM system architectures, including hardware and software configurations
- Develop and implement Teamcenter workflows, including creating and editing workflow definitions
- Integrate Teamcenter with other systems and applications, including CAD, CAE, and ERP systems
- Develop and deploy Teamcenter reports and dashboards, including creating and editing report definitions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Teamcenter issues, including performance problems and data corruption
- Develop and implement system security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption
- Manage and maintain system documentation, including technical guides and user manuals
- Develop and implement system monitoring and reporting tools, including metrics and analytics
- Mentor and train junior systems administrators, including providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements and improvements
- Collaborate with other teams, such as development and quality assurance, to ensure smooth integration and testing of systems
- Develop and manage budgets for system upgrades, maintenance, and support
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for the organization's IT systems
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades, migrations, and deployments
- Participate in the development and maintenance of system standards and procedures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, including analysis of logs and system metrics
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including backup and restore procedures

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range : $77814 - $132283
Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
