Become a key player in our team as an Operations Program Specialist II at BAE Systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee and manage programs/projects within Operations responsibility, serving as the liaison amongst various functional groups.
As a critical member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for preparing project execution plans, identifying technical and business resources, reviewing project status and budgets, managing schedules, and assessing issues.
You will also provide cross-functional leadership to your program team, offering technical and analytical guidance while ensuring cost, quality, and delivery on assigned programs.
Key responsibilities include assisting the Operations Program Manager in monitoring quality, schedule, and cost performance, gathering and interpreting Operations data, generating Operational plans, and actively participating in project meetings.
