The Senior Principal UI / UX Designer will play a pivotal role in the evolution of our healthcare applications for Android devices, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and efficient. This role entails working closely with engineers, product managers, and key stakeholders to transform complex requirements into compelling and accessible design solutions. You will guide the design process from conception through execution, focusing on delivering user-centered designs that significantly enhance the healthcare provider experience. A familiarity with Google’s Material3 will be beneficial for prototyping and communicating design concepts and ideas to team members and users.

A security clearance or access with Polygraph is not required to be eligible for this position. However, the applicant must be willing and eligible for submission, depending on program requirements, after an offer is accepted and must be able to maintain the applicable clearance / access.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range : $115,100 - $195,700
Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
