BAE Systems is seeking a Compliance Specialist to grow within the Government Compliance team in the Finance organization.
In this job, you will:
- Guide and interface with all levels of personnel
- Be the primary point of contact for the labor transfer process
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor and respond to employee inquiries regarding company policy/procedures
- Assist in running data and RStudio scripts for the Labor Compliance program
- Assist in maintaining and identifying changes to the website, procedures, company forms, and training,
- Identify and recommend/implement improvements in communications, customer interfaces and tools
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience, and Skills - A bachelor’s degree is required
- Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and accurately with all levels of personnel
- Prioritize and self-manage a multitasked workload
- Self-motivated with a bias for action; process/results-oriented
- Demonstrated attention to detail in a government contracting compliance environment
- High level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel: solid intermediate to advanced formulas and functions, including charts
- Experience with R and R Studio is a plus

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $55295 - $94001
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
