Job Description
Please note this position supports our Weekend Night Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5PM to 5AM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 15% pay premium.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Candidate is responsible for the application of conformal coating utilizing automated or manual dispensing methods. Must coat boards utilizing both automated machines and/or manual process on PCBA’s or subassemblies. Candidate will be responsible for setting operating equipment and read and understand quality specifications. Ideal candidate will get hands-on experience in how operating, documenting, and will learn and understand the procedures for coating and dispensing systems. Candidate will learn to create, maintain, and develop preventative maintenance and calibration procedures schedules for all conformal coating equipment. Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong teamwork, some computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Ability to multi-task well is also essential.


Required Education, Experience, & Skills
High School Diploma or GED


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Some experience as a finisher, conformal coating process technician, as well it works with electronic boards before.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $39219 - $62751

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
