This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, resulting in a hybrid work format with time split between working onsite and remotely.
The position is located in either Wayne, NJ, Ft. Wayne, IN, or Hudson, NH. The ideal candidate should be within reasonable commuting distance to these locations. For candidates applying in the Greater Boston/southern New Hampshire area, the travel requirement will be closer to 50% due to program requirements. Relocation assistance can be available for candidates who are willing to relocate for this position.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to lead and guide a geographically dispersed team of supply chain professionals within our Adaptive Communications & Sensing (AC&S) Product Line. This role is highly visible and will have direct engagement with functional, product line, and business area leadership.
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in procurement, subcontracts, logistics, and planning and act as the interface to the product area, consulting on contractual matters, subcontracting strategies, internal and external audits, and ensuring compliant proposals.
This individual is accountable for the technical, financial, schedule, and quality performance of all supply chain activities, as well as the proactive coordination of the internal team support necessary for supply chain success.
This role is responsible for identifying opportunities and developing strategies to reduce risk and drive long-term affordability for AC&S and will report to the C4ISR Supply Chain Director.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in material planning, demand planning, procurement, sales and operations planning, inventory management, rough cut capacity planning, or production planning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in supply chain or relevant major
- Proven experience building/managing a Supply Chain organization
