Responsibilities
• Lead/contribute to electrical/hardware engineering teams
• Develop robust hardware architectures and solutions
• Design and analyze circuit and CCA designs
• Evaluate and troubleshoot technical issues
• Mentor/support junior engineers
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 8 years experience
• Experience with product development and support of electronics equipment
• Solid fundamentals of digital/analog/power/mixed signal electronics
• Understanding of electronics manufacturing and test methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
• Design and development of IR technology hardware and systems
• Digital, Analog and Mixed Signal design and troubleshooting
• State-of-the-art electrical engineering design tools
• Design and manufacturing standards associated with complex multilayer CCAs
• Working experience with Interface standards including military/avionics communication buses
