FAST Labs is seeking a highly skilled Chief Engineer to join an existing program team within our Microelectronics Product Line. As a member of this team, you will collaborate with Microelectronics scientist, engineers, industry associates and internal transition partners to provide critical technology discriminators to the Sector and innovative solutions challenging national security problems.

- Ensuring technical integrity and engineering execution across the programs
- Translating EW Concepts and requirements to microelectronic device designers and developers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
- Knowledge of photonics
- Knowledge of digital processing systems
- Knowledge of AI based signal processing
- Holding an active or eligible TS clearance
