What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronic Warfare Solutions Manager position at BAE Systems?
We are looking for a talented Electronic Warfare Solutions Manager to lead our growth initiatives for the organization. This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and maintaining a funnel of new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy development for the SFFS product area.
- Directly support the SFFS Business Development Director for all new business activities.
- Coordinate with Senior Business Development Manager/Business Development Director, Engineering, and Operations to ensure that updated or new company technologies/capabilities/investments/pursuits match with new and emerging customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the DoD requirements and acquisition process.
- Understanding of the Electronic Warfare market.
- Ability to translate warfighter needs into business opportunities.
This position includes the identification, creation, development, and qualification of business opportunities for the SFFS product line. To accomplish these tasks, the candidate will have the ability to engage and influence the full range of DOD and Industry customers from the operational and technical communities to senior decision makers.
Full-Time Salary Range: $126,610 - $215,270
