We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our BAE SYSTEMS team as a Senior Logistics Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our F-35 Performance Based Logistics (PBL) program, overseeing contract execution and ensuring successful program delivery.
About the Role
- Lead a major cornerstone program in the portfolio, optimizing fleet demands and driving efficient returns and repairs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and ensure timely completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute a contract, including preparing and/or reviewing project execution plans and other documentation.
- Be intimately involved in budget/financial planning and reporting.
- Develop customer relationships with regular communication.
- Drive program/contract success by delivering on commitments.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in program/project management.
- Familiarity with electronic warfare systems sustainment and performance based logistics contracts.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
- Significant experience with customer/stakeholder communication, management, relationship building, and customer satisfaction.
