Job Description
BAE Systems is hiring a Government Property Management Specialist II, who will work in a full-time on-site capacity at our 3000 Goffs Falls Rd facility in Manchester, NH. To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must be local to the greater Manchester, NH area, and able to commute into the office daily.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for all applicable number of Contractor Outcomes of the Government Property Control System, including the maintenance of records and issuance of required reports concerning government-owned property from its receipt at the company to its final disposition after contract completion or termination.
- Position includes self-audit and support of the Government’s annual survey of the Government Property Control System.
- Acts as a liaison with internal and external customers to resolve government property issues.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus additional 6 years relevant experience, or relevant Associate’s degree plus additional 5 years’ experience, or relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 2 years’ experience.
- Ideally, this individual would have at least some experience with Government Property Management in the defense industry. In lieu of specific Government property experience, exp. with either Contracts, or Program Management would be of interest.
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance if needed.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- National Property Management Association (NPMA) membership and certification as a Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) is preferred.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343
