Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an entry level electrical engineer to join the ICBM Minuteman III team, with a concentration in propulsion/battery systems.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform systems engineering and integration duties, logistical analysis, test and assessment, and other relevant engineering efforts required to support mature and proven weapon systems.
- Researches, plans, designs and develops mechanical, electrical products and systems such as instruments, controls, propulsion rocket engines, and solid stage motors.
- Applies research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Must have an ABET Accredited Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or similar. Candidates graduating in or prior to May 2025 will be considered.
- 0 - 2 years industry or military experience.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $52080 - $88535
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
