About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Hardware Lead to join our team, providing leadership and technical expertise in supporting the continued production and sustainment of complex systems, RF modules, circuit card assemblies, and subsystems utilized across multiple projects.
This role involves working closely with cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms, ensuring consistent, high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed customer expectations.
You will be responsible for guiding programs through production issues, managing the overall workload of the HW team, and identifying opportunities for improvement in product yield and affordability.

Requirements
- Electrical Engineering Bachelor's degree
- 6 years experience working on RF/Microwave and/or digital products preferably in the defense industry
- Experience testing and troubleshooting IFF systems
- Experience with laboratory testing using Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Synthesizers, Power Meters, etc.
- Experience supporting a production environment
- Motivated self-starter with leadership skills and ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability
- Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner and lead others to closure - Own the Design
- Ability to present technical information to program teams and/or customers
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
