About the Role:
The 3MC Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of maintenance systems and data management.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing, evaluating, and coordinating the unit's planned maintenance system (PMS)
- Assisting in operating and managing the Maintenance Data Systems (MDS)
- Reviewing MDS submissions for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Maintaining current information on the 3M system and distributing revisions promptly
- Coodinating automated systems related to maintenance, supporting the SCSC NTCSS Administrator and OMMS-NG FAS
- Screening MDS documents for completeness
- Ensuring timely processing of Automated Shore Interface configuration and logistics data
- Up-line reporting of maintenance actions and equipment file corrections
