Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager
Responsible for managing the delivery of on-site & remote IT services for internal customer accounts spanning multiple locations, focused on a specific sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve alignment with, and support for, business objectives
- Reduce costs or improve business profits
- Provide accurate forecasts and projections as inputs to the corporate budgeting process
- Increase quality awareness amongst staff
- Achieve efficiencies and cost savings by leveraging centralized shared services and automation
- Help build a business model that enables regional support across organizational boundaries
- Ensure compliance with corporate directives and standards
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in computer science or IT Management with at least 8 yrs experience; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT Management with at least 6 yrs experience
- Problem solving/analytics
- Basic finance
- Basic project management
- Capable of understanding risk management
- Work independently and as part of team
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent customer relations/customer service
- Proven management and leadership skills
- Ability to set priorities, delegate, motivate, negotiate, manage performance, collaborate, recruitment, coach/mentor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
- Understanding of both Windows and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of ServiceNow IT management/request and ticketing system
Compensation: Full-Time Salary Range: $122640 - $208440. Employee benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, health savings accounts, a 401(k) savings plan, disability coverage, and life and accident insurance.
