| Please note this position supports our Weekend Day Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3AM to 3PM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 10% pay premium. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. Summary: This position will provide Production support for both areas of Environmental Stress Screening and Laser Seal on Weekends 4th Shift on the production line in the TACAIR Microwave Factory on a variety of products including DEWS/QATAR, EPAWSS, 56C, and FIRETIP Job Responsibilities will include:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience.
- Must be familiar with substrate attach (duroid/ceramic), MMICs, IC's, caps, diodes and resistors, soldering skills and eutectic die attach.
- Must be familiar with lamination presses, bladder bag ovens and sheet epoxies (mainly with the focus of attaching substrates to modules/housings).
- Must be familiar with working with a wide variety of adhesives and epoxy's.
- Must be familiar with operating an MRSI 705 and 175.
- Must be able to work with a microscope for an entire shift.
- Can fabricate and/or modify complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies.
- Must be familiar with MIL-STD-883 and working with bonding complex microwave modules.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with Microwave subassemblies and knowledge of MIL STD-883.
- Experience working with microscopes.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $46680 - $74687

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
