Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $50268 - $85455
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

BAE Systems is seeking an Operations Finance Analyst with exceptional analytic skills to join our team.
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Develop estimates to complete (ETC), estimates at completion (EAC) and forecasts, using various analytical procedures.
- Support CSR’s (Contract Status Reviews), IBPP (Integrated Business Planning Process), FPR (Forward Pricing Rates) and Operating Budget.
- Apply well-established accounting, finance, material estimates, theories, concepts, and practices to develop material financial position.
- Maintain documented records supporting financial forecasts used to support CSR’s, IBPP, Operating Budget, and FPR.
- Develop spreadsheet analysis models and prepares briefings, which will be presented to functional and program managers, supply chain and program finance leadership.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma with 4 years of experience OR Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field with industry knowledge
- Knowledge of financial and cost estimating theory and practice
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel) with ability to create spreadsheets used for financial analysis
- Proficient interpersonal skills in dealing with customers, auditors (internal and external), peers, functional managers, and program management
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Oracle
- OBIEE
- Experience with government contracts
- Experience with inventory or materials
