Platform Integration and Test Solutions Leader

Job Summary:

As a Platform Integration and Test Solutions Leader, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of innovative solutions for complex national security challenges. You will lead the platform integration of a novel multi-function RF system, collaborating with scientists, engineers, and industry partners to drive breakthroughs in RF technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration and test activities, including team leadership, supporting field tests, and managing customer interactions.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to convey ideas, concerns, and solutions to the team, industry partners, customers, and management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate, debug performance issues, and recommend solutions.
• Apply critical thinking and analytical skills across multiple domains to solve problems in innovative ways.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 4 to 8 years of relevant industry experience with an emphasis on hardware integration and testing.
• Proven success in leading small teams in RF integration and test efforts.
• Manage schedule and day-to-day tasking of a small interdisciplinary team.
• Experience in RF test methods, systems, and equipment.
• Ability to travel to and work at remote sites in support of test events, meetings, and training activities as required.
• Strong root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Active TS clearance.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python and/or MATLAB for data parsing and visualization.
• Experience with Linux and command-line interfaces.
• Proficiency in using test equipment, including RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multimeters.
• U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.
