In this role, you will have the chance to grow your skills supporting the continued production and sustainment of various complex Systems, RF modules, circuit card assemblies, and subsystems utilized across multiple projects.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms. Activities day to day will vary and may include:
The ideal candidate will have experience working on RF/Microwave and/or digital products preferably in the defense industry. They should have experience testing and troubleshooting IFF systems, laboratory testing using Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Synthesizers, Power Meters, etc., and supporting a production environment. A strong technical background and excellent problem solving skills are required. The ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner and lead others to closure is essential. Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills are also necessary.

- Providing support, guidance, and coordination to assist programs overcome production issues.
- Supporting production issues in assembly, test/debug, quality and managing overall workload of the HW team supporting production.
- Track daily issues, identify trends, and support product yield/affordability improvements.
- Delegating tasking to multi-functional Engineering and Operations teams.
- Communication across functional teams to ensure on time deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter.
- Assessing design updates to existing microwave designs.
- Technical management of subcontractors.
- Working with hardware suppliers.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- An Electrical Engineering Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience working on RF/Microwave and/or digital products preferably in the defense industry
- Experience testing and troubleshooting IFF systems
- Experience with laboratory testing using Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Synthesizers, Power Meters, etc.
- Experience supporting a production environment
- Motivated self-starter with leadership skills and ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Excellent problem solving skills, judgment, and analytical capability.
- Ability to close on discrete tasking in a timely manner and lead others to closure - Own the Design
- Ability to present technical information to program teams and/or customers
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
