Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Project Analyst to support DoD contracts within the Intelligence Community. In this role, they will serve as a Logistics Manager providing operations and logistical support within the Program Management Office (PMO). This position will report to the Program Manager and be a resource to teammates and the customer. The position will play a critical role to ensure effective and efficient program management for all stakeholders both internal and external.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Serve as the single point of contact for the Program Manager and Task Leads for all logistical issues associated with the contract.
Stay up to date on all overseas location requirements (SPOT LOA, NATO SOFA, DOCPER, APACS)
Assist Staffing Manager and Customer in provisioning government identification cards.
Oversee all program related travel requirements (travel requests, contract compliance, and travel reports).
Act as the program’s asset manager in regards to tool procurements, license expirations, and tracking.
Provide input to weekly, monthly, and ad hoc deliverables. Brief when required.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Program Manager while supporting the Program Management Office (ex. planning off-sites, executing award fee boards, cost estimates).
Provide support between BAE Systems, the Government, and vendors on all logistic-related matters.
Additional opportunities may arise supporting technical tasks such as analysis, technology, policy writing, and training.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience, & Skills :
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 or more years’ full-time work experience supporting business or intelligence functions
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated MS suite basic competencies
• Ability to multitask and perform well during high operations tempo
• Strong attention to detail
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills :
• 5 or more years’ full-time work experience supporting business or intelligence functions
• CAPM/PMP certification
• Past experience supporting the Army customer
• Excellent writing skills and/or experience in support to proposal development
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
