The BAE Systems site in Aiken, South Carolina, supporting Combat Mission Systems is seeking a Quality Auditor (Dimensional Inspector). In this role as the Quality Auditor, you will support on the 2nd Shift.

Included duties:

• With a coordinate measurement machine (CMM) inspect machined and/or welded parts to blueprint requirements for shipment to customer base.
• Provide auditing support to shop floor operations.
• Be able to support on the 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Typically requires high school diploma or the equivalent.
• Must have experience with and/or knowledge of basic inspection tools including scales, calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.
• Able to read, comprehend, and work to blueprints.
• Able to support the 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm).
• Typical experience and education requirements are a High School Diploma or the equivalent, and 1-year related work experience.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Coordinate measurement machine (CMM) experience.
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge and experience.
• Weld inspection knowledge/experience.
• Faro Arm/Laser Tracker or Keyence experience.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $42436 - $67898

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
