In this role, you will join our Transition to Production, Production Support and Sustainment team as a Principal Hardware Lead, supporting the Tactical Systems Product Lines. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and coordination to assist programs overcome production issues.
- Support production issues in assembly, test/debug, quality and manage overall workload of the HW team supporting production.
- Track daily issues, identify trends, and support product yield/affordability improvements.
- Delegate tasking to multi-functional Engineering and Operations teams.
- Communicate across functional teams to ensure on-time deliveries of quality products to support the War Fighter.
- Assess design updates to existing microwave designs.
- Technical management of subcontractors.
- Work with hardware suppliers.
