We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at BAE Systems. As a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our electrical engineering teams through all phases of the product lifecycle from conceptual development to production support.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement electrical engineering solutions
• Lead and/or perform circuit and CCA design and analysis
• Evaluate and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during manufacture and test
• Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 8 years experience
• Experience with product development and support of electronics equipment
• Strong understanding of digital/analog/power/mixed signal electronics and interface/communication standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
