We are looking for experienced Systems Integrators to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. Network infrastructure engineering services are comprised of core infrastructure, voice and video engineering, field engineering, application management and development for networks, network analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service delivery. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
The scrum master serves to facilitate scrum to the larger team by ensuring the scrum framework is followed. They are committed to the scrum methodology, agile principles, and best practices—but should also remain flexible and open to opportunities for the team to improve their workflow. The government customer requires a scrum master with a unique set of soft skills to effectively fulfill the role. Here are some of the key skills and qualities required.

Adaptability: Candidate should be adaptable and open to change. They need to adjust to the evolving needs of the team and the project
Technical knowledge: While not mandatory, having a technical background can be beneficial, especially when working with development teams. It allows scrum master to better understand the technical challenges faced by the team

In Addition:
You will provide process and business change management, business systems support, data analytics and catalog ordering and development support. Key areas of development are the integration and operational development of Cloud tools and Cloud technologies
Use PMF and Agile methodologies to manage projects leveraging JIRA, Hive, ServiceNow and other enterprise tools products
Oversee sprint planning, utilize gathered and analyzed technical information and perform daily Agile scrum. Maintain individual project schedules and schedule forecasts

Manage and ensure all project issues are resolved promptly to avoid negative impact to the budget or schedule
Autonomous approach that provides guidance and leadership to the sponsor and their management stakeholders
Provide communication that leads to the understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives across all enterprise stakeholders
Identify risks and documents program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, quality and successes measures to meet contractual requirements
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
PMP, Agile, ITIL or other related Certifications
Quality processes including ISO, Six Sigma, CMMi
Familiarity with service catalog, IT Gateway, ESP, JIRA, Hive and SharePoint
Expertise and knowledge in the entire development system life cycle
Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies
Experience working with the government
Perform Quality and Assurance (Q&A)
Configuration Management
Data Analysis: ability to identify, control, record, report, audit and verify/validate Configuration Item (CI) attributes
Experience with data comparison, migration and planning
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Salary : $146,670 - $249,330
