Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Technical Lead to join our team and oversee the development of advanced technology programs. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, debugging, and testing novel RF systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop test plans, procedures, and reports to verify system functionality
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate complex RF systems and ensure high-quality results
- Collaborate with customers and program leadership to coordinate schedules and ensure readiness for test events
- Provide technical oversight to ensure that our I&T program meets expectations
- Develop viable concept solutions, identify and track technical risks, and lead technical teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, with BS: 6 years with MS: 4 years with PhD
- Leadership skills and experience directing and mentoring engineers on complex RF programs
- Expertise in effectively documenting, communicating, leading, and working with teams on designs, results, reports, and presentations
- Experience performing systems engineering activities, such as system modeling, simulation, system design, development, system integration, and testing
- Ability to travel and work at remote sites in support of test events, meetings, and training activities
- Hold an Active or Eligible Top Secret clearance
