Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Ab Initio to support data integration and transformation needs.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
- Develop and optimize complex queries and stored procedures in DB2.
- Work with Cognos and Tableau teams to deliver data visualizations and reporting solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across multiple systems including Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
- Support migration, integration, and modernization efforts involving Informatica and other legacy ETL tools.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues in data processing and reporting systems.
- Participate in performance tuning and capacity planning for large-scale data environments.
- Document technical processes and solutions in accordance with organizational standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio development and architecture required.
- Strong expertise in ETL development, data transformation, and data integration.
- Proficiency in DB2 database development, including SQL tuning and performance optimization.
- Experience working with Cognos and Tableau for reporting and dashboard creation.
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, architecture, and methodologies.
- Experience working with Data Lake environments and modern big data platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of Informatica for ETL and migration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
