Baer is looking for an Oracle Health (Cerner) Patient Account Solution Architect Lead for a 6-month Federal remote project.

Description :
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions aimed at optimizing revenue cycle processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving revenue recovery across the client enterprise.
- Provide business operations input for patient accounting systems, contributing to the design of new capabilities and optimization of workflows. Ensure that the solutions align with best practices and meet the client’s goals.
- Perform technical and business-related research to support the design, workflows, and processes needed to support changes to the patient accounting applications, particularly for the MHS project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated clinical and revenue cycle workflows that support clinically-driven revenue cycle processes.
- Support the creation of engineering presentations for patient accounting and present findings, designs, and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Lead discussions with customers, facilitate design sessions, and present technical solutions. Work closely with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance requirements.
- Support design and testing activities, ensuring that patient accounting solutions meet project specifications and deliver value. Contribute to the review of training materials and provide recommendations for updates to patient accounting training content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements for patient accounting solutions. Manage the product roadmap to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of product initiatives that align with the project’s performance and value statements.
- Lead efforts to define technical and business priorities in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership, driving solutions that meet customer needs and comply with government regulations. Provide insights and process improvement recommendations for vendor management and program leadership.
