Baer is looking for SAP FICO Consultant for a 12 month project located in Atlanta, GA
Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA (Local to Atlanta Only)
Duration: 12 months
Alignment: W2
This role is open to local Atlanta residents only. No expenses are provided for travel.
Description:
- Provide Application Evolution Services for clients, focusing on improving their SAP solutions.
- Develop scalable and resilient SAP Solution Strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members, ensuring their growth and performance.
- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams to ensure project success.
- Analyze and solve complex problems to deliver exceptional results.
- Empower clients to capture the benefits of their SAP application portfolios.
- Ensure cost-effective operation and protection of client solutions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within financial operations.
- Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in SAP FICO or related fields.
- Deep understanding of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, FSCM, and Group Reporting.
- Proven ability to provide solution strategies and deliver Application Evolution Services.
- Expertise in developing scalable and resilient SAP Solution Strategies.
- Experience in creating new, market-differentiated SAP solutions.
- Ability to assist clients in supporting SAP application packaged solutions and addressing their needs.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including leading global teams and presenting strategic visions.
- Demonstrated thought leadership both internally and externally in the SAP FICO domain.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
